A man with a heart condition called angina has been sentenced to three months’ imprisonment for a second time following a guilty verdict last month.
The court found the pair had been sexually assaulted and fined £500,000 for each of the offences.
The defendant had pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated sexual assault and received an £800,000 fine.
The victim, a 51-year-old who has previously pleaded guilty to one charge of sexual assault, was sentenced by the court to three months’ imprisonment on February 7. She pleaded not guilty to another aggravated sexual assault offence.
A sentencing hearing is set for 12.30pm next day.
